According to Huskers.com, Nebraska did not play USC in
the 90-91 season; they played in 91-92 and 92-93:

90-91:

However, Harold Miner only played for USC in 89-90,
90-91, and 91-92:

So it had to be on Nov 25, 1991, when Nebraska beat
