I'm not sure if it had anything to do with a huge lead we had
yesterday, but there were no substitutions today, leading me to
believe Anderson feels pretty good about his starting lineup in a
bigger game.
It should also be noted that Brandon Buckman (first base) had a ton of
groundballs hit to him, meaning they were having lots of problems
getting around on Joba. Another good sign :)
I agree with you, that this may be one of the better pitching staffs
we've had, and that says alot considering we finished second in the
NCAAs in ERA last year. I wonder how losing Childress will affect us
over the long haul tho. We'll see. Great job my Mike so far!
