Hello Husker Fans,

  For those of you who are making a list of potential candidates for
  the Husker head basketball coaching job, I should let you know that
  there is still a possibility we are not losing this one.

  We have 6 games left on the schedule, ALL OF THEM are winnable.

  @ISU - 2-3 in the Big XII at home
  TTU - .500 overall and 4-6 in the Big XII
  CU - Over-rated, last 3 games ISU L96-79, TaMU L61-58, and TTU W66-64
  @TaMU - Toughest game left IMHO, but still 5-6 in Big XII
  KSU - They can't play with our big guys, doesn't matter where we play
  @MU - Is there a bigger team in disarray? (I'm including Baylor)

  Bottom line, I think we'll go 4-2 on this stretch, I'm not saying
  we'll win every game, but that would put us at 19-8 and 9-7. Better
  than middle seed in the Big XII tourney, win one game and all of the
  sudden you hit the magical 20 wins and possibly in the tournament.
  Then you can't fire him. You can't claim this season was not an
  improvement over last. ESPECIALLY when you count the fact that we
  lost one of last seasons biggest scoring threats.

  I'm not saying this will happen, but it's definately not out of the
  question. So you Collier haters will have to wait another year to
  start the firing rumors. I will take Collier's style of basketball
  over Nee's every day of the week.

  I'm hereby predicting:

  @ISU - Loss
  TTU - Win
  CU - Win
  @TaMU - Loss
  KSU - Win
  @MU - Win
