[Husker] Recruiting

NU got letters of intent from 24 new recruits, including Tyrell Spain 
(who signed last year, but didn't qualify) and Jacob Hickman (a 
"greyshirt" OL from last year). All but one of this year's commits 
signed; the one who got away was Ashlee Palmer, a highly-regarded JC 
safety, who signed with Washington. The class includes 16 high school 
players and 8 JCs.
