This is exactly what I was trying to say earlier.  I think 
Stanford's poorer than usual performance was due at least in part to 
great play by Nebraska.  It seemed a shame the commentators didn't 
recognize this.

Absolutely!  At one point in the third or fourth game the camera 
caught a close-up of her face at the net--just before a serve (or 
just after a point).  She had an impressive game face on for 
whichever Cardinal was across from her.  My wife Kathy and I 
recognized her from last year from her makeup, and I have to wonder 
if perhaps it was intended to add effect.
