I don't think anybody has a firm idea how many will be taken. There's
a hard limit of 25 scholarships per year, but some of this year's
class could actually count against last year's total. There's also a
chance that someone who has already committed did so with the
understanding that they may need to greyshirt or walk-on if another
more "desired" prospect decides to accept a scholarship offer. I don't
think happens a lot, but there may be one or two in that position
currently.
There may be a couple more decommits, and of course there's always a
few existing players who opt not to return, freeing up another slot.
