     I would have said the same thing 25 years ago.  But, either football 
has slipped to me or volleyball has gained a lot of ground (probably a 
little of both).  I found last night's match as exciting as any college 
sporting event I have witnessed.  I watched the game at a local sports bar 
and the place was full and the crowd was as jacked as I have seen it for any 
NU football game.  The place went wild when the final point was scored.  It 
was quite a night and my congrats to the team and coaches.
