We lost to Texas because of a fumble. We lost any chance of
beating USC because of a fumble (by Zac). Turnovers played
a crucial role in both those losses.

Like Texas, we had Oklahoma beat. All we had to do was finish
them off.

The problems versus Oklahoma were two: turnovers and injuries.
Our running game tanked when Brandon was injured and our pass
defence was less effective because of the season-long ZB injury.
However, the big problem was turnovers. Despite getting excellent
field position, despite out-yarding Oklahoma on the ground and in
the air, we were unable to put points on the board. Zac's four
turnovers were the difference between winning and losing.

So in 3 of our 4 losses, turnovers were crucial. That's actually
a positive sign. Turnover problems are fixable. With a bit more
care and control, we should be OK.
