There was really no reason for Rodriguez to go to Bama unless they were to  
offer him CRAZY $$$.
 
West Virginia is a superior program these days, with a better win  percentage 
in the both past 10 yrs and past 15 yrs.
 
Rodriguez has Sophs Pat White and Steve Slaton coming back, Slaton will be  a 
Heisman Candidate. West Virginia is Rodriguez's home state and he is also a  
WVU alum. Similar situation to Schiano at Rutgers both with their programs at  
high levels.
