I agree that the offense was ineffective, but before the loss can be
pinned on Zack Taylor or the OL, or whomever, credit has to be given
to the OU defense. Stoops has said that this defense is one the best
he's ever coached. The speed on DE was impressive, and a fast DB or S
can make a QB look like he has no arm. I'm just saying that before
I'm going to say that they sucked, I'm going evaluate who they were up
against and who was able to play, like being down to one IB. When the
OU defense had to respect the run, Taylor throws that huge pass to
Peterson from his own endzone. I'm addressing the comments I've seen
on this and not just what Jeff wrote.
