Oh, I don't blame Notre Dame, I blame the NCAA for letting them get away with 
 it.  Why should Notre Dame be the only one with the opportunity to do  that? 
 Why can't Nebraska, Oklahoma, or anyone else do that?  We  all know why.  
Notre Dame is an independent and, of course, they are Notre  Dame.  For the good 
of college football over all that may need to  stop.
