It's tough to coach size- you go with the hand you are dealt. Now if next year turns out the way we have been hearing (JUCo help and perhaps Bowman back) that would obviously raise the level of scrutiny on the coaches.

Callahan said the other day that he will make some changes, but we don't 
know if that includes assistant coaches. I think Elmo would probably be 
a lot better coach if Bowman were playing.
