I agree with this. If we are going to have the bowls do we have to drag it out to Feb. 1st? If anything the championship should be played on Jan. 2nd at the latest. Every other game should be played no later then Jan 1.

I hate the delayed BCS championship game. Teams shouldn't have to wait 7 
weeks to play and we shouldn't have to hear 7 weeks of hype.

I want 137 bowl games on New Years Day like it was meant to be.

Or an 8 team playoff starting right after Conference Championship games with 
the final game on New Years Day. The other bowls could be held the same.
