I'm not so sure Bowman would make much of a
difference.  Heck, 2 years ago, Elmassian had 2 future
NFL starters and another NFL backup in his secondary,
and called it "the poorest secondary performance I’ve
been associated with."

Besides, Elmo's history makes it unlikely he'll be
back anyway.  He hasn't stayed at the same school for
4 seasons since 1987-90 at Virginia.  In 23 years,
he's coached at 13 different schools.
