Darn right it does.  Stub your toe once and you're out.  Maybe.   
Depends on the season.  That's what makes it exciting.  The entire  
season.  Every weekend, every game.

They might have been one of the top 5 teams.  Fact is, they lost to  
ISU.  Championship-caliber teams don't lose to that caliber of an ISU  
team. Ever.

The travesty of that season and that game was that we didn't have  
instant replay review, not that we have meaningful games every  
weekend that count.  A blown call by a ref does not warrant scrapping  
what we have now for a playoff system.
