I firmly believe in a limited playoff.  Top 6 teams, no guarantees to 
conf champs, ND, etc. Of course how do you choose the 6 ? Polls/BCS ? 

Top 2 get byes, next 4 play, winners play nos 1&2. Winners play.

Can't do best of 3. There are good reasons we do not have 3 games in a 
row, Fri-Sat-Sun. 

That limits the number of possible winners. Still gives the regular 
season champs a break for winning.
