I'm predicting 56-10. La Tech is a respectable mid-tier team, but if
we are playing to our potential we should win decisively. I think we
have all the ingredients to have a season reminiscent of the 2000 OU
season, and Saturday is when it begins. We have seniro leadership on
both sides of the ball, and quality depth just about everywhere. The
only spot we're thin is probably QB and CB. I'm hopeful that the
backups in those spots get some good "seasoning" in our non-conference
schedule so they are ready to step up as the season wears on and
injuries are likely to mount.
