If SP comes out high on Sadler, you accuse him of sunshine-pumping and
self-aggrandizing (in fact, he hasn't done this, you are merely
anticipating that he will, and knocking him for it before the fact).
If he doesn't, you'd accuse him of not supporting his new hire and
dooming him from the beginning.

What, exactly, is it you want SP to say about this situation?
