[Husker] No Beck today & No Bowman this season

Some folks on this list identified his immaturity 2
years ago; here's a posting about Beck from June 2004:

Todd, if you are still on the list... it only took 2
years.

Cody Glenn last week even noted it that Beck was
goofing off last season, but noticed a change in him
in the summer.  Unfortunately, he suffered a relapse
on Saturday.

In any event, I hope Beck has learned a lesson here. 
I don't think his request to transfer was so much to
get playing time in the ACC, but rather an admission
that he irrepairably burned his bridges in Lincoln.
