[Husker] Writer bemoans loss of Fumblerooski

Does anyone know exactly how they've banned it?  I mean, there is no
"Rule 12.4(7b), The offense cannot run the Fumblerooski", right?   How
did they word it?  No lineman can advance a fumbled snap?  Are they
enforcing it as an intentional fumble?  I've always wondered.
