[Husker] Just what the Huskers ordered

Hello Husker Fans,

  Watson:  Hello?

  Anderson: Hi, I would like to order a complete game so I can let my
  relievers rest...

  Watson:  Sure, when do you need that by?

  Anderson: I need it 1 night early on Friday if that's not too much
  trouble?

  Watson:  No problem.  As you know I've never lost.  I think I can
  handle that :)


  OK, all sillyness aside, this was JUST what NU needed to night.
  Watson pitches a great complete game on 120 pitches to go 6-0 for
  the Big Red. In fact, no aTm hitter could get a read on him except
  Hale, who went 2-4 with all 3 Aggie RBIs.

  The Huskers scored just enough to win 4-3 without the benefit of a
  homerun.  Nobody had more than 1 RBI or 1 Run Scored.  Opitz was
  again the hero (other than Watson) as he singled in the go ahead run
  in the 8th.  Gorsett, Wehrle and Mort were the only Huskers with
  multple hits, but it was just enough.

  That makes 9 in a row for NU and they go for 10 tomorrow in the
  final game of the series, scheduled to start at 3:05pm (pretty much
  right after the spring game).  Johnny Dorn will take the hill with a
  5-2 record and a 4.19 ERA.

  Spring Game Prediction:  Huskers win!
  Baseball Game Prediction:  Less fans than football game :)  (Huskers
  win!)
