One of my pet peeves. Has anyone ever seen this called? I haven't. Some 
of the major leaguers (Craig Biggio comes to mind) put armor on their 
elbows and then turn into an inside pitch to get the easy base. I have a 
feeling Bob Gibson (and others of his ilk) would have plunked them in a 
more vulnerable spot the next time up.
