[Husker] Solich email

I don't know if this is relevant, but those outside of Nebraska
may not have heard this story. Two Omaha police officers were
allegedly given meth in their food or drink at an Applebee's in
Omaha. Employees are suspected and Applebee's is offering a
reward in the case: http://www.wowt.com/news/headlines/2520076.html

It would seem that GHB would be easier to get someone to ingest
than meth. At first, one aspect of this reputed email didn't
ring true. I didn't think there was a hair test for GHB since
it leaves the system very quickly, but evidently such a test is
possible: http://www.jatox.com/abstracts/2003/nov_dec/574-goulle.html
