[Husker] Oct 1 Regional coverage map.

Hi All!

I got the map to open up right away but I have Photoshop on my machine as I
use that for all my websites. You have to at least have Adobe Reader to pull
up a pdf.  Glad we are keeping the satellite dish for the Denver stations as
the cable here won't carry it, but we can get it on our big dish.
