[Husker] rules issues

1. The NCAA rulebook is very clear that only one forward pass can be attempted
in a play. It makes no difference whether it cross the line of scrimmage
or not, whether it is deflected in any fashion, nor whether it is caught
by a member of the passing team, including the person who threw it, or
    intercepted by the defense.

2. I thought the bouncearooski was outlawed but I don't have the NCAA
rulebook onscreen at the moment. However, I think I saw a reference
to an 'intentional fumble' in it the other day, which may be how the
    NCAA made that illegal.
