Haven't read anything lately so I don't know any context. 
But that might be due to the experience some of the pitchers
have with the opponents that Bingham doesn't.  Some players
have great "baseball" minds, for others it's a lot harder. 
My guess is that he may experiment with it before the
conference part of the season begins.  If they struggle with
calling their own game, it probably will be the end of it
for that pitcher.

BTW, Gordon seems to be getting closer to signing with KC.
