[Husker] question about pitt game: FUMBLE Q.

As far as whether the rb can pass a fumble he can.
Remember NU using the bounce pass and then passing the
ball again. As long as the first pass is backwards, a
lateral by definition, it can be passed forward as
long as neither player has passed the line of
scrimmage while in control of the ball. Or something
like that.  And no the passer can not repass a ball
that has been batted back to him.
