This just in from the "grasping for straws" department...

I got to my local sports bar at the beginning of the second quarter....

As woeful as the offense was during the most of the game, it seemed to me the pass protection was pretty good, especially late in the first half.  Oftentimes it seemed like ZT was either a step or two off on his throws or just wasn't picking up the correct receiver, both of which are workable areas for shortterm development.  

However this seemed less true as the game went along.  Had this been a baseball game I could have sworn they were stealing our signals and knew which play we were going to run.
