Hi Steve,

I was talking about the passenger compartment, not the
driver's compartment.  I didn't mean to cause any
confusion out there in Husker List Land.

Since we are on Bye this week, I think its okay to
post on this off-topic event.

Sorry, I was going from memory on that list, and I was
incorrect.  They had drive-through daquiri shops in
New Orleans when I lived there, and they recently
changed the law.  Texas also had a change in the
recent past.

There are however, a number of states (AK, CT, MO,
etc) that allow passengers to drink in a moving car.  

Colorado was a little trickier, open container was
allowed but you weren't supposed to drink from it! 
That is weird.  July 1, they changed the law.
