If NU beats ISU --- a ranked team --- to go 4-0, they will get vote(s).

If NU beats Texas Tech to go 5-0, I think they will be ranked or very close
to it.  I think many people peg Texas Tech as being much tougher than their
current ranking.  Look at difference between Sagarin's ranking and prediction
rating.
