[Husker] NU Receivers

I don't know if I agree that a break away receiver is necessary for a good 
passing scheme. I was at BYU during the early 1980's (yes, when they stole a 
champ from NU), they NEVER had break away receivers. They seemed to do well 
with a good scheme. 

I am not going to give up on this team yet. The key to this type of offense 
is timing, just as it is with the option (Oh how I miss that). This team 
still does not have the timing and reads down. Also, from my BYU days; the 
key to running in this type of attack is the fear of the pass. Though I love 
the drive them off the ball offensive line play, that is not the forte of a 
passing team. For many passing teams, it is more important how a lineman 
drops back than if they can blow someone off the line. 

Now, don't get me wrong; I didn't like passing football in the 1980s and I 
would much rather watch the Huskers beat a team to death with the counter. 
But, NU is NU and I want them to win.
