Hi Jon,

Actually, there are quite a few states where it is
legal to be drinking in a moving vehicle (Louisiana,
Texas, Colorado, etc).

I have to agree with Gary Fead, I'm not sure what was
accomplished here.
 
When I went to the Oklahoma game in Lincoln (in 2001 I
think, when Stuntz passed to Crouch), I remember
getting off the bus with about 40 people who all had
beers.  A bicycle cop rode up and ticketed one lady
out of all of us.  Weird.  He was most definitely a
redneck, that was sure.  He was also somewhat panic
stricken, maybe he was a rookie or something.
