Is there a state in which it's legal to be drinking a beer in a moving
vehicle? I don't think so......
His offense may seem petty, but it's the law, and he apparently broke it.
I think just about everyone on the planet understands that if he got a
ticket for it, and no one else did, he was probably being a jerk to the
officer. If Musberger tries to defend himself too much, he'll find someone
like MADD all over him, so he really can't say much, can he?
Get over the paranoia about us looking like hicks every time something
happens that might make national news. Do you really think that we're
rednecks for expecting someone to follow the law?
