(Lee, I don't like using the List to respond directly to a question or comment, but just to set the record straight...) I sold two tickets, but Ryan and I attended the game with my regular tickets. The tickets I sold are extras I buy each year. They were spoken for. But, a conflict arose late for the person that usually buys them and I posted them on the List.

I found it was much easier to sell my Notre Dame ticket a few years ago than 2 for the Pitt game this year. I had but one inquiry from the List. Unfortunately, that was received shortly after I sold the tickets to a friend who responded via e-mail.

The best thing I can say about yesterday's game is that it had an exciting end and Cory Ross played so hard all day. Motion penalties and other drive-killing errors over shadowed additional positives for me personally. In spite of the D's play yesterday, I still have concerns about the D vs a 'good team.' Concerns about the O are obvious.

We did talk to a group of 5 Pitt fans from Pittsburgh. They were quite high on Steve Pedersen. In fact, they were on their way to his office to try and talk with him. They were very down on Wanstadt (sp?) for lack of offensive adjustments against Notre Dame and Ohio. They were frustrated that each time they get a good coach/AD, they leave and 'return home.' One said that he knew the moment that B$B left NU, Pedersen was headed to Lincoln. They also said if Pitt runs the ball 3 times on their first possession, Pitt will lose. Pitt certainly didn't run the ball 3 times on their first possession. But, they still lost.

P.S.
Lee, I didn't think about another ride. I will contact you later this year to see if we can work that out again. We had a great time last time!
