I don't get that either, unless it is fallout from their almost-choke against the Gophers.  However, I have seen several matches on TV and they look awesome!  I believe that aside from 5 games against Minnesota and 4 against Pepperdine, they have swept their other 6 matches, mostly against top-tier competition.
 
I saw the Huskers play Penn State this weekend, and watched Hawaii play #10 UCLA, and Nebraska looked far sharper and more dominant in their sweep of PSU than either of those teams. 
 
A nice side note about the ladies: Melissa Elmer and Jennifer Saleamua are the only Seniors, and while they will both be significant losses, the team should be very deep again next year, hopefully going for a repeat title ;-)

I don't understand many things - but this is hard to get.
NU Volleyball fresh off victories over presently ranked #3 Stanford, #6 Hawai'i, 
#14 Ohio State, #5 Minnesota and a win this weekend over #4 Penn State and #29 
Pepperdine - lost a first place vote in the recent poll to Washington who now 
has 3 first place votes after their impressive wins over highly touted Sam 
Houston St, Wisconsin - GB, and North Dakota State.
Oh well. They are looking very impressive so far this year!
