Actually, I, for one, did hear about these kinds of rumors on the
national media (NPR)[1].  They went through and gave several examples
of why several of the rumors mentioned on that blog are just paranoid
bs.

The reason why the guy who kill himself with a bomb at the OU game
hasn't gotten much more national media is because there isn't a story
there.  Well, other than the sad story that suicides usually are.
