[Husker] Memorial Stadium Parking

You can go ahead and park in the surrounding neighborhoods but be very
aware of any no parking signs. The Lincoln police have no problems with
towing a car in a heart beat. If you're going to be there early enough
though, you should have no problems finding a parking spot on a side
street.

and haven't been to Lincoln in some time. We used to park at the
National Guard Amory - and I was wondering - does any one know if you
can still park there? or on the grass to the north of the buildings. I
am cheap but like walking.

I don't think there is much free parking within reasonable walking
distance
of Memorial Stadium these days. I don't know if the shopping centers
(Gateway, South Pointe, etc) charge for their shuttles or not.

I think the parking garages over by the Cornhusker Hotel tend to be the
least full and easiest to get out of relatively quickly after the games.
