There is no way the Huskers would have been in the top
10. The voters still have a large impact and they
would have voted NU no higher than 15 IMO. A jump of
over 10 would be really unusual. There is going to be
doubt in voters minds until the offense consistently
shows up. If they lose no more games and beat UT in
Houston, then we'd break the top 10. We just started
out the season too low to break into the top 5, unless
we start spanking our opponents as in the good ole
days.
