FW: [Husker] Top 25

Considering how far we fell, I doubt we'll crack the top 25 today. But I'm sure we'll move up some. The interesting question is whether a win next week over a questionable Mizzo team will put us up there. It might not.

Our only loss is to a quality team, probably top 10 by the end of the day. But we still lack a quality win. (too bad Wake Forest couldn't hold on against BC). Baylor is probably the strongest team we've beaten. And there isn't a top 25 team the rest of the way. So it will be tough to impress voters.

Did you see Maine lost to Hofstra yesterday 44-0?

Wouldn't a victory next week pretty much assure us of a bowl? Still I'm afraid we might have to rely on our old reliable friends from Kansas for that one.

I don't know that a victory over Baylor is going to
give them much of a bump. However, losses by
Colorado, Louisville, Cal, and Minnesota might open up
some room.

This is what i was referring to last night.
I thought i read that the winner of this game would get a shot at the top 25
