When we played there in 2001 it was an early afternoon game, and it was
suspended due to nearby lightning during a strong thunderstorm.
Miserable weather until the sun came out in the 4th quarter.

Just guessing, it could be they figure they get better attendance for
night games.  Weather is the other possibility, just two weeks ago it
was over 100, though that was record heat.

I think the last time we played there the game was at night and not
televised, too.  Maybe they think night games add to their home field
advantage like LSU?
