I am somewhat surprised no one on the List has mentioned the number of  times 
the offense went into the "I" formation Saturday.  Particularly when  we were 
in the Red Zone.  And we were more successful in that area than we  have been 
before.  Shows Callahan has a broad range of formations, etc. in  the WCO or 
maybe he's been watching old game films.  Anyway, it looked like  to me we 
were able to run more effectively from the "I" formation.  Hope we  continue to 
see that.
 
As far as the Defense goes, not only did Cosgrove go with more blitzes, but  
he adjusted how the Defensive line lined up in those huge gaps in Tech's  
offensive line.  That seemed to confuse the line and lead to some sacks and  stops.
 
In summary, I give Callahan and Cosgrove credit for making adjustments that  
seemed to work very well during the game.  I was starting to think they  both 
tended to stick to their game plan, no matter what the consequences.
