I do not have access to the WSJ online, (they charge $79 for registration) but from what I found from papers reporting their findings a Milwaukee paper says, "The newspaper found the scores for 1,021 players, about 60% of the players in the league." From what I can tell from the University list - they only included schools that had more than 20 player's scores from the previous 7 years that have been published.
