All joking aside, anytime anyone who is charged with the care and development of young men has such a seriously lapse in judgement it is a sad situation. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and truly do feel bad for Frank...he definitely is a better man than that and I sincerely hope he does not lose his job over this incident a la Mike Price, Larry Eustacy, George O'Leary et al did over theirs and if he does, I hope that he gets another chance at some point down the line.  

My comments weren't meant to kick Frank while he was down...more I was just a wondering out loud how the most ardent Solich apologists would react and try to spin the story and yes, maybe the MADD comments were a little much. 

Predictably Steve R stepped up and responded by launching another of his personal attacks against me (or any other person that doesn't share his opinion). If in fact I am "...a many-times loser when it comes to having and showing character and class" then so be it. I am sure the University of Nebraska would be proud to know that one of it's tenured professors stoops to posting people's corporate web addresses and calling them losers on listservs - an act that most certainly defines "character and class". 

I hope everything works out for Frank in the end.
