Our experience in Denver (where we've lived now for 17 years) is similar to
what Derek reported. Indeed, my wife's car has a Nebraska license plate
frame and has never been disturbed. I think the bad incidents among CU fans
are pretty much limited to CU students, and they are generally confined to
Boulder. Most residents of the Denver area either don't care or are old
enough to know better.
