[Husker] bowl game

Galvanized Steel Bowl, I hope as I don't want the memory of this season to stick with me for any length of time.  Can anyone else explain why we have 3 points in the Harris Poll?  
 
I know this will never happen because money runs everything, but I hope that we would pull a Notre Dame from a few years back and even though bowl eligible, elect to stay home.  IMHO, we are not a bowl caliber team.

Does anyone have an idea where the Huskers will play
their bowl game?  I have heard Shreveport and Orlando
(Champs Sports Bowl) tossed around.
