No, there were several sections of seats removed at
field level in the North Stadium after last week's
game.  My expectation is that they removed those
sections temporarily as they rebuild the
infrastructure underneath.  (Bathrooms, concessions,
ramps, and portals).

I expect that some of those lower seats are gone
permanently; with the 6,000 new seats, they haven't
added any new entrances to the stands, so I would
expect that the fire marshall would demand that there
be more exits.  Last week, Iowa State had to evacuate
their stadium an hour before game time due to a
tornado.  Based on how North and South stadium clear
out at the end of game when the game isn't decided
until the very end (like most this season), it would
likely take at least a half-hour.
