Given the current publicity given the topic, I predict there will be significant interest in recruiting a minority candidate for all available I-A coaching jobs.  The opening at KSU will likely be at the center of attention.

There is little justication for the current paltry representation of African Americans in head coaching positions.  The talent is certainly out there.

Might very well be a way of promoting their program (Parault at best is a 
hack).

Darn shame what they did with that FOX network, especially moving the Rome 
show back an hour.
