Why??  Gill isn't quite ready for that level, I think Frank Solich is happy
in Athens, and Bo has no ties to Kansas, he'd just be a hired gun that would
be gone the first time the NFL called.

I think current or past KSU assistants will make up the majority of the
short list, unless they decide to go after a big name.  (But if they do
that, I suspect those names will turn a whole lot more heads than the
ones that surfaced in Lincoln 2 years ago.)

Here's a thought:  Rick Neuheisel is available and his name has been 
popping up on a lot of blogs lately as someone who has earned another 
chance as a head coach.
