The referenced article is about Josh Freeman, a QB commit for next year, 
taking a recruiting trip to OU.  He has since changed his mind and 
cancelled the trip according to Huskers Illustrated.  He says his 
commitment to NU is solid unless there is a major coaching change.  He 
is rated by Rivals as the #4 pro-style QB.
