[Husker] and, in Scarlet, we would all look alike

Based on Tennessee's offensive ineptitude in recent weeks, might be a game where the team whose defense scores the most, wins.  Believe it or not, Vandy has a fair chance to keep Tennessee from going to a bowl game if they show up like they did in the first four games (4-0) instead of the last six (0-6 including losses to Middle Tennesse State and Kentucky, but also a 2OT loss to Florida at Florida).  It's a bleak year for football in Tennessee (Vols, Vandy, MTSU and Titans) and when you consider (for Nebraska fans that is) the disappointments the Huskers have had this year it just adds to the mess.  Yet still I am drawn to the Huskers in the hope that the few big plays each game will sow the seeds of greatness for years to come and once again return us to prominence....

as I'm sure someone has noted by now, Rutgers is bowl-eligible (for the first time since like 1973, and the short-lived "Garden State Bowl"), despite their recent performance against Louisville. my brother is an RU grad; maybe I could get him to take me to the game
